Katie is an in network provider with United Health Care and Cigna . We will submit claims as an out of network provider with Blue Cross , Blue Shield, Aetna and any other insurance provider that provides out of network coverage. 

Acupuncture and Holistic Medicine Appointment

90 minutes for the first visit and 60 minutes for the following. Includes a Chinese and functional medicine assessment, acupuncture treatment with an herb and supplement plan. 

First visit is $175 and follow ups are $125
